When it comes to adjusting the audio quality of the mobile and desktop app, you can follow the steps under Change audio quality here. Keep in mind that if you're using the Web Player, this won't be possible there as it's only an in-app feature.

Also, make sure that the data saver is off if you're adjusting it on mobile as it might interfere with the sound settings otherwise.
