atualizei tudo que sugeriram, liguei para a Samsung, fizeram varios testes, veio tecnico da internet aqui e o problema nao resolve. na TV apos anuncio, trava tudo. e nao consigo falar com o Spotfy

That being said, we'd like to gather some additional info. @Sallys12, would you mind sharing with us the make/model and OS of the device on which you're having these inconveniences? We'd recommend checking if there is a pending firmware update. If yes, try updating the device and let us know how it goes.
We'd also recommend performing a reinstall of the app and then a soft reset on the device (turning it off and on). You can uninstall the app, reset the device, and then reinstall Spotify.
@Aniger77, would you mind sharing with us a video recording of what's happening on your side? You can attach the video in your next reply in mp4 format, or you can also upload it to YouTube or Google Drive and make it public so we can watch it.
Lastly, just to confirm, has the app always been behaving like this, or does it start to happen after a specific event, such as an OS update? Please send us the details about it.

In this case, we suggest that you unplug your TV from power > restart your router > plug your TV back to check if that makes the difference.
If this doesn't do the trick, would you mind checking if the same happens while using a different internet connection? You can try for example creating a hotspot on your phone and using that.

That happens to me too. I've also tried all the suggested solutions, but none of them worked.
It's been like this for about last 3 months. I'm giving up of enjoying the app.

On another note, we'd like to know what happens when you start the app. Are you able to start a playback? Do you receive any error messages? If so, please send us a screenshot of what you see. This way we can get a better understanding and advise you further.

Não. Já fiz todos os procedimentos que eles me passaram e mesmo assim o app continua travando após anúncio na tv. Creio que seja algum bug, e eles não resolvem o problema.
