Spotify App not able to connect to Sonos

My Question or Issue

For the past couple weeks, Sonos has not available to send music to from the Spotify app on our phones or laptops.  Before then, we could pick a song, then click the small speaker icon, and the Sonos speakers would show up under "Select a device".  Now that's not an option. 

 

I can get to Spotify from the Sonos app, but I can't pick specific songs or listen to "Liked Songs".

Thank you for your post. We're happy to help.

 

Can you perform a clean reinstall of the app? This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

 

It's also good to check if the device firmware are up to date.

 

Also - does this occur from one specific device or multiple devices?

We'll keep an eye out for your reply.
