I have been searching these forums and see that a number of other people have been having this issue for some time with varying levels of success.
I have tried everything I have found on here.
I have changed password.
Password is alphanumberic.
I have my numeric log in username.
I tried disabling firewall.
I updated my Onkyo 509 firmware.
I tried entering the username and password directly from the buttons on the front.
Nothing is working please help.
Currently it asks for my username and password and then gives me a Login error. please check your account information yada yada yada.
The only thing I can think of is that I am currently on spotify unlimited not spotify premium but spotify unlimited gives access to portable devices now so I wasnt sure if that could be it. I dont want to upgrade and it still does not work. The main difference these days with spotify unlimited and Premium is that Premium allows for offline playlists according to the documentation.
