Spotify Chat issues

Evening.

I'm an everyday Spotify user. Me and a friend of mine that works at another work place use Spotify to not only send music to each other but to chat while working, it's less obvious than facebook lol.

However, we keep running into several issues where she will send a message and I don't get it if I click on our conversation but if I click on a conversation with someone else her chat message will appear or a full restart is required. She's also been forced to uninstall spotify numerous times to even message me...

Right now my Spotify chat is just loading constantly and we cannot message each other at all so we've fallen back to the web player chat.

Anyway you guys can fix this lol? I was expecting better quality from such a large company like Spotify and as a programmer with 21 years of expeirence it's laughable.
