My Question or Issue

 Hey,

 

since a few days, we have troubles with our Spotify Connect.

You can connect and start the music without problems....

but, after a few minutes, the same song is starting over and over again (they restart at some point in the middle of the song).

At this point the connection between phone and av is gone, so u have to chose the av receiver in phone app as playing device again.

 

when you reconnect with your phone and start the next song, the problem starts from the beginning after a few minutes! 😞

 

i set the receiver to factory default und did all firmware updates....the same problem 😞

 

do anyone have a solution for me?

hm, ich checked for a new Firmware manually, and after a few times, it found one!

So with the new Firmware it workes so far!

 

FW Version: 1101-2020-0060-0010-0000
