Spotify Connect problem YAMAHA RN 500

I have a YAMAHA RN 500 stereo receiver since 08-2015.

 

The device provides the Spotify Connect feature that I have been used without any problems. Since last week does not work anymore. The device can not connect, even though it is available on my iPhone and iPad as a potential Connect device. When you select the device, the connection attempt will be interrupted after a short time. Latest firmware is installed. A streaming via AirPlay from iPad without any problems. The playback of Internet radio goes without problems. The RN500 is connected via LAN cable to my wireless / internet router. iPad and iPhone via WLAN. The network settings has not changed since last week.

 

What should I do to solve the problem so that Connect is possible again?

I have same problem with my Marantz sr5009. Earlier it worked fine but since last week I cannot connect at all. My device also shows as a potential connect device but when I try to connect there is text "connecting.." but nothing happens. I'm using it with my Nexus 6. Maybe there is something wrong with the latest app update..?

I have also the text "connecting..." if i choose the Yamaha device from my iPhone or iPad. What can we do?

Although I have not changed the settings, it works again. I don't know why. Maybe an spotify webservice issue?

Still NOT working here.. 😣
