My Question or Issue

I recently purchased a Roberts Stream 65i which features Spotify Connect as one of its attractions. However, it is the one feature on the device that doesn't work properly.  Selecting individual songs either through the app, on Windows 10, or directly on the device, often results in a few seconds stuttering at the start of the song.  I have carried out all the usual checks, factory reset on the radio, re installing the app on my phone, restarting the router, all to no avail.  Any suggestions gratefully received.
