The Web Player every once in a while connects to a device that doesnt show up, and I cannot turn it off. I have logged out & unsynced all devices. I dont know what else to do.

Are you still experiencing this or was this a temporary problem? If yes, could you check if clearing your browser cache/cookies helps?
