Spotify Connection for Windows Phone

The issue I'm having is that when connected to the LTE T-Mobile network more often than not Spotify will report that its offline, many times this is at five bars and both Pandora and Tune-In radio both work fine so it appears to not be the connection being down. I noticed that Rdio would suffer the same problem. 

Usually turning on and off airplane mode a few times will get the spotify app to recognize the connection but I'd really like to just be able to turn it on without fiddling.

If anyone has any advice or have seen this issue before help would be appreciated!

Upon further testing I can see that this is an issue that occurs when the Phone is connected to an LTE network, switching it to 4g actually resolves the issue, but being that not everywhere I got has a 4g network available it is not an acceptable solution.
