Spotify Premium account but Offline does not work

I'm on the latest Spotify app for Windows Phone 8.1 (3.0.5246.30620) and I can't play any of my offline music when I don't data connection. The old Spotify app didn't have this problem.

Please advise.

Have you got Spotify storing its data on internal storage or an SD card? Reports from the community suggest the app doesn't correctly support SD cards.

I've also got a similar problem. Think I was saving Spotify music to SD card. Uninstalling and will retry with it using internal storage and see if it works. Major disappointment given I pay for Premium Spotify and the main reason I bought the SD card was to allow me to download a decent number of tracks for my frequent offline usage when cycling. Also very disappointing that the app provides no notification of any issue.
