Without warning, Spotify stopped working on my PS5. The app still functions and seems to be playing music, but it's silent. When the Spotify app is playing music, all menu sounds are also muted. When I stop Spotify, they return. Does anyone know how to fix this? I have unlinked the PS5 from my accounted, deleted and reinstalled the app, and restarted the PS5 (several times). All software is up to date.

Could you try restarting your router by unplugging it from power for a few seconds? If that doesn't make any difference, can you let us know if you're using an external audio device, like speakers or a sound bar, or if it happens directly in the TV's speaker?

I had low sound issues then I realised my volume was low on ps5 quick menu/ sounds/ media turn that up hope it works for you

My Question or Issue
Ever since Spotify was put on PS5 natively maximum volume has gotten lower and lower and also seems the music was normalized too making it not as clear as the music can be. Since this new update 1.006.000 on PS5 the volume once again has gotten even lower can barely hear it when playing games now. I don't want to hear any bull about how "we will be looking into to this" I want it fixed this week you've had years to do it and people have been reporting it that long since even before the PS5 got released increase the maximum volume thats literally all you have to do
