Dear Spotify,
I'm facing slow streaming issue using Spotify Apps. I've 2 lines provided by ISP. Both lines are 10 Mbps speed. I've verify my network speed, and looks like no problem with the network. Both lines having different IP address as below
1st line - 121.121.x.x - Slow and Buffering
2nd line - 14.192.x.x - Smooth
I'd done further analysis by performing packet capturing while streaming Spotify music via Spotify Desktop Apps and make a comparison between both lines.

Observation
Based on findings above, looks like if I'm using 14.192.X.X line, the CDN for Spotify media is better performances (latency, bandwitdh etc) compare with 121.121.X.X.
Normally, the Content Server (Spotify) will decide which CDN should handle request from users according to their IP address and it'll allocated the nearest CDN to the user.
Can I know, how can I improve my Sportify service quality. Please advice. We've few other customers complaining the same issue. Thanks
