Spotify Volume

I went to listen to the music on my spotify account but the volume wasn't working. I checked my computer volume and it was up all the as was the spotify volume. I still couldn't hear anything. I went on to youtube to make sure it wasn't an issue with my computer's speakers. It wasn't, so I uninstalled spotify and reinstalled it, but the volume still isn't working. Can anyone help me?

What device is this on and can you just confirm that you mean it plays too quietly or something else?

It's on my toshiba laptop, windows 8. The track will play but there isn't any sound at all. And it's not just one song it's all of my songs.
