Spotify and MusicCast

Spotify and MusicCast

Ever since Spotify update 8.4.37.704 the connection between Spotify and the yahama musiccast app being streamed on local network the apps don’t quite match up properly. When adding queue songs it often gets lost and plays same songs over and many times looses the tracks all together as doesn’t play them all along with the album artwork showing the wrong song. I was hoping for an update to improve this problem either for Spotify or for the yahama app, either way if there’s any info Please Fix it.

Bought a Yamaha MusicCast system and I have the same problems and can’t find a solution. Thinking of dumping Spotify to try Tidal as there seem to no queuing problems. If anyone has any advice that be much appreciated. Thanks
