Spotify app can't go online on iOS with cellular data

Hello, friends! This problem occurred suddenly - my Spotify app can't go online on my iPhone 7 (latest software) when I use it on cellular and it shows only that it's trying to connect as you can see on the attachment. As long as I turn my wi-fi on, it works with no problem. And:

YES my cellular data works on other apps and I clearly have internet connection

YES I turned ON the use of cellular data on the Spotify app

YES I switched off the offline mode on the Spotify app

YES I reinstalled the app
YES I restarted my phone
