Ik dacht een leuk cadeau te hebben gekregen met een spotify abonnement....en terwijl mijn internet verbinding uitstekend is....wordt ik er doodleuk uitgegooit met als excus dat er geen internet verbinding is...??? Denk toch dat spotify hier en daar wat steekjes laat vallen!!! Ook best raar dat je geen mail kan sturen of een helpdesk kan inschakelen ofzo....
Zit niets anders op dan een CDtje opzetten dan maar.....

Wat leuk dat je Spotify probeert! Alleen jammer dat je ervaring niet vlekkeloos is... Zou je voor mij even de app opnieuw willen installeren? Dat lost vaak de problemen op! Als het niet helpt, laat het me weten door te reageren in dit topic!

Hier hetzelfde probleeem.
Van de een op de andere dag maakt mijn spotify geen verbinding meer op mijn Samsung Smart TV 'De verbinding met Spotify is mislukt ga naar spotify.com/help...'.
App opnieuw geinstalleerd, televisie/internet gereset. Alle apparaten zitten op dezelfde wifi. Het signaal is goed. Andere apps doen het prima op mijn TV.

Dat is apart! Zou je kunnen controleren of je de laatste updates van je Samsung Smart TV hebt? Kan je eventueel een foto delen van hoe het eruit ziet? Houd me op de hoogte!

Hallo, ik heb sinds enkele dagen hetzelfde probleem. Zowel op mijn bad mt2 als op mijn tv komt de verbinding niet tot stand. Nad verbinden via NAS is geen enkel probleem. Lijkt toch echt een probleem van Spotify. Ik heb al zoveel geprobeerd maar het lukt niet om spotify Te verbinden met mijn apparaten.

Could you share with us the troubleshooting you’ve already done? We'd like to know what steps you've taken so far, so we can suggest some other options.
On another, can you let us know the exact make/model and OS of your device along with the Spotify version you use?

I have found the solution today! It is my new router Netgear Nighthawk rax70. I contacted the helpdesk and they had a very fast and simple solution for me:
1. forget the network on my IPhone settings
2. use my router only as access point (as it might collides with my provider modem
3. Reconnect to the network with my IPhone.
Great and fast help from Netgear!

Thank you for keeping us in the loop.
According to the info you've sent until now, it could be an issue related to that specific internet router. To make sure of this, would you mind checking it using a different router?
We know it's not easy to get a new one in your place, but you can try it somewhere else, like a friend or family house to see if it makes any difference. We ask this because it's possible that the issue is router-related, and if so, any troubleshooting we might suggest might not be helpful.
Let us know how it goes. We'll be on the lookout.
