My Question or Issue

Spotify crashes when using Sort by Date for JRE podcasts and now I'm unable to access the JRE link in the homepage under Your Top Shows.

It works for all other podcasts?

Clearing cache does not fix it and you still can't access the link. Uninstalling Spotify only fixes being able to access the link but you still can't use Sort by Date without causing the glitch again.

I just want to be able to view the latest JRE podcasts as everytime I open the link it's always on JRE - Elon Musk and I have to scroll to get to the latest one...

Can you try running a clean reinstall of the app, following the steps in this Guide exactly.

Let us know if the glitch is present afterwards.

If that's the case send us the following info:

  • Device make, model and exact OS version
  • Spotify version
  • When did you first notice this.

We'll be on the lookout for your reply.

Hey @happychappyrose

Thanks for getting back to us with this info.

If possible, could you ask a friend or a family member to log in to their personal account using your device to see if they can replicate this?

You could also give it a try using a different device.

Let us know how it goes.
