I'm having an issue where if I play Spotify through Sonos, it works fine until exactly 7pm, when it cuts out. I can still play Spotify through my phone/computer/ipad and pipe it to the amp via an Aux cable, but just can't get it to work with Sonos again.
Then the next day it will work fine, until 7pm and the same thing happens.
I have lodged this with Sonos, but they have said that there is a known issue between TPG (my internet provider) and Spotify when playing through Sonos. What the heck? I don't understand what my internet provider has to do with it. So I've lodged a complaint with TPG as well, and now this is me trying to bring it to the attention of Spotify. How frustrating that you can't email them your issues directly and I have to bother the "community" with this. What a terrible support system!
