Spotify doesn't work on my Playstation anymore :(

Spotify doesn't work on my Playstation anymore :(

Hey,

I got Spotify Premium on my Pc and tried to login on my ps4 and there i can't play any track. I reinstalled Playstion Musik (Spotify) and it doesn't work. Then i removed my Playstation Acc in the Spotify settings to relog on my ps4. But now, if i start Playstion Musik, there is the error "Can't reach the Playstation Network". How can i fix my problem?

Sorry, if my english isn't correctly, i'm german.

I hope somebody can help me 😞

Hey @DanielScuderia,

Thanks for reaching out to the Spotify Community for help.

If you want, you can always get in touch with us in German using our Contact Form. In this case, we'd suggest you getting in touch with Sony support directly as they can take a closer look at this. Please reach them here.

We hope this helps. Let us know if you need anything else.

All the best,

Hey,

Hi there @nathanmutua,

Thanks for your reply in this thread and welcome!

Kudos on the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. Now, there's a couple more steps you can try.

First, as simple as it sounds, try restarting your PS5. Go to Settings > System > System Software > Reset Options > Reset Your Console > Reset. Additionally, try resetting your router and check for any updates that may need to be installed on your console. Find PlayStation Music featuring Spotify in your start up menu and select OPTIONS [on your PS controller] > Check for Updates.

To check your PlayStation’s software is up-to-date, head over to Settings > System Software Update.

On another note, even tough your internet connection seems to be working correctly, you can try connection to a different one to check if you notice any difference. If you don't have any other network available, try creating a mobile hotspot from your mobile device and connect your PS5 to it just to check if you still get that same message.

Let us know how that goes.
