Spotify error "Select a Preset/ Service Unavailable" while playing on Bose Sountouch 20

Hey! Its been a week since ive been facing this problem. I play any song or playlist on spotify and the song stops playing after a while and the player is paused. Bose Sountouch displays "Select a Preset or Explore Music on the Soundtouch App". It plays some songs end to end but this issue occours for every other song.  

Kindly advice.

I have the exact same problem. Any pointers appreciated.

HI! Hard reset your Bose Spundtouch by pulling it off the plug. It'll reset and work just fine. Not sure if this is a permanent solution but it works just fine for the time being.

I have the same trouble since 1 month ago and looked on the bose community but my system keeps the same
