[Spotify for Artists] Grouping of band's releases with slightly differnt naming conventions.

So my band has had an album out on Spotify for some time now.(I will just call our band "The <band name>", in order to avoid self-promoting out stuff).

The label that put our album out, has our band listed as "<band name>" with "The" removed.

We have something new on the way, and the new record label has our name listed as "The <band name>". Will this be listed as a separate band all together, or will it group this release with the previous release? Should we list the new release as just "<band name>" with out "The", so the two releases are listed together?
