I have a Spotify for Family account. My wife is the only other person registered to use it. Spotify is linked to my Sonos at home. If Denise is playing music at home through Spotify on Sonos, I'm unable to use Spotify at my desk or on my mobile. It keeps coming up with a message saying my account is being used somewhere else.
I'm guessing this is something to do with Spotify associating the Sonos speaker with me and not her, even though she's playing it through her account on her mobile. Does anybody know how to get around this? It's driving me nuts!
