Spotify for Parrot Asteroids - No italian songs Enabled !

I've a premiom account pervecly workung on my PC / iPhone / iPad

But when i use it on may Parrot Asteroid versuion of spotify my Playlist have a lot of songs that are not enable to be played !!

Most of them are italian songs (I'm from italy)but also other songs 

Please help me , couse in this way i cannot use my device !

All playlist are created from spotify songs and in Apple devices I can see all tracks perfectly

Yes of course !

As example I've my playlist called "Italian Mix" that contain only italian music.

On my pc everything fine (no local tracks) on asteroids most part of track are in "grey"

Some song as example taken from my PC, later I can also tell you some songs that I cannot listen in the car

After looking at your account it appears these problem tracks are actually local files, that's why you're unable to play them on the Parrot but they work fine on other synced devices.

Hey Fabio.

The tracks that are causing trouble are all showing up as local files from our end so we're pretty certain this is the cause.

It's likely that you have "Show tracks from these sources" ticked within the Local File section of your Spotify Preferences. 

Once ticked, all local files from that chosen source will appear within Spotify so it's easy to add them to a playlist and forget they were originally your own file.

Below is a screenshot of two local files then two streamed tracks within a playlist. The musical note symbol next to the album name shows which tracks are my own files. 

Do you see these symbols on your own playlist when on Desktop?

No symbol in my desktop (as you can see) cause i'm sure are not local on this PC !

Probably in origin were local files on another desktop but it is really inpossimbe in this one.

How can this pc work great ?

I've try to do an experiment I've created a new playlist and drag and trop the same tracks from the original one.

Now the tracks that ca be listened are 90% !

Only a few tracks are still disabled...

I really don't know what to do  but definitely the tracks are not local ore the problem would have been the same with the new playlist ....

I hope you can understand something more...

New experiment to understand somethig more.

On the PC (no local file on pc) I create a new playlist call TMP and copyed some of the tracks with prombems.
I confirm you as you can see in the screenshot that I have no "local file simbol" but I've found something strange !

All this tracks have the ALBUM NOT CLICKABLE !

I can listen all the tracks perfectly on my PC and the same on my iphone/ipad so I think they are in streaming with no problem from spotify but probably this problem with the album create some nois to the Asteroid version.

You can see here a perfect example of the problem :

The first track is the original, working perfect on two PC iphone ipad (no working on asteroids

The secon is a track from a different album that I added manually and works fine on asteroid too

But for sure there ar no locals file...
Probably Spotify crete a link with an online version of the song based on the title and the artist ?

Hi Fabio!

Thanks for all this information, it's been a great help.

As far as I can tell, it looks like Spotify has re-linked the tracks in the problem playlist on all your devices except the Parrot.

I know it's a hassle, but can you try creating a new playlist and adding the tracks from their original artist pages? This wil ensure the track is definitely linked to our catalogue and it should then play fine.
