I wanted to upload my songs in spotify music and create an account fpr artist, I was unable to proceed as it will provide me an error

That doesn't look cool.

Could you try to open to the same page in a different browser to see if that makes any difference? And clearing your browser cache/cookies can also help to fix this problem sometimes. ^^
