Spotify free mobile for Symbian OS

Is it a joke or is spotify available for android and ios for free and not for symian and blackberry?

That is correct, Spotify mobile free is only available on Android and iOS. 

Unfortunately, I can't see this changing any time soon (maybe apart from Windows Phone 😎 since the application needs to be updated to allow the new features and Spotify have not updated the Symbian, Blackberry or Windows Phone apps in a long time.
