Spotify is becoming a major problem.

I've been having trouble deciding whether to keep my Spotify Premium subscription due to the constant crashing. Phone: Nokia Lumia 635 OS: Windows Phone 8.1 App: Spotify 5.0

I've been a Spotify user for years and this is the first time I thought I wasn't getting what I paid for. If I'm online it crashes, if I'm offline it crashes. If it's saved songs or streaming. With or without WiFi it crashes, leaving me absolutely frustrated. Why must you be this way, Xbox Music sucks but I have to listen to something.
