Spotify is full of it!!!

Spotify takes millions of dollars in and have went out of their way to be unaccountable to customers. They literally have no way to contact them directly when you have an issue with them! I don't want to talk to other customers who don't work for Spotify and can't make any decisions concerning customer's problems! It's absolutely ridiculous. I am definitely going to be canceling my subscription and giving my money to a company that actually cares about customers. They have hiked up the prices for the last two years now. The explanation that they are using is straight BS! They are becoming greedy just like everyone else. I think it's a ploy to simply milk the public dry. Get a customer service department and stop treating customers as if they don't matter.
