Spotify logs out on offline mode and cant log in

Everytime I use the offline mode and leave the app for a while, when i come back my account logged out and i cant log in, not even with the email link, and i have to uninstall it

in this case, we understand you reinstalled the app, but even then, this behavior persists. Can you try reinstalling the app again? A clean (more thorough) reinstall could make a difference in this case, since you can make sure the cache is not leading to this inconvenience. You can give it a try; you just have to follow these steps to do it.
 

If the above doesn't do the trick, would you mind sending us the make/model and OS of the affected device along with the exact Spotify version you are running?

Lastly, just to confirm, has the app always been behaving like this or does it start to happen after a specific event such as an OS update? Please send us the details about it.
