My Question or Issue

Spotify no me reproduce anuncios, las canciones las reproduce inmediatamente pero los anuncios no, cuando pasa un anuncio alli se queda y no lo reproduce si no minutos despues, ya probe formatear el televisor, cambiar la cuenta, actualizar spotify, tengo buena conexion y estoy usando cable. Por favor que alguien me ayude. // Spotify doesn't play me ads, it plays the songs immediately but not the ads, when an ad passes by it stays there and doesn't play it but minutes later, I already tried to format the TV, change the account, update spotify, I have a good connection and I'm using cable. Please someone help me.
