We got Roku Premiere about a month ago (Jan 2019) and Spotify has been working fine. Two nights ago the music stopped as the songs seemed to continue to track on the screen. Now we can fiter through the Spotify screens selecting everything, but when we press 'okay' on a song, album, or playlist, it simply won't play. No player icon, nothing.
All other apps seems to be fine. Screensaver is enabled.
Is this our mistake or is it a glitch? Can anybody help?
(Remember when companies had customer service reps for that?)
