Spotify on Sonos - Offline Device?

Does Sonos count as one of 3 offline devices?  I use Spotify through Sonos as well as on multiple iPhones and computers.

I have been going crazy trying to figure out what is creating one of my offline devices - shows up with name "Default" and an icon that looks like a computer monitor.  I do use Spotify on multiple computers, but none have offline playlists.  So started wondering whether it may be Sonos.

Appreciate any thoughts.
