Spotify plays one song from my chosen playlist then just plays random songs

...which I didn't request and have no interest in. I have the Spotify Premium plan.

This happens on both the Windows and Android apps.

I contacted Spotify support on their website and they solved it by getting me to basically uninstall the app, delete associated folders, restart the device, re-install Spotify; on both Android and Windows.
