Hello, i had a two month trial that ended on 13 August so i ended the trial from there on my subscription. Today i checked my spotify but i still have premium. Could you please not charge me, i think there is a mistake

Hi, thanks for reply. I already cancelled it on the deadline of 13 August but now it says i have a subscription till 13 September? I am afraid i get billed for this.

That sounds not so nice.

And you can't cancel it ?

My spotify account says i have premium till 13 september and after that it won't continue because i removed my payment details. There is no real cancel button.

The e-mail supports usually replies within 24-48 hours. The twitter support replies within minutes or hours. ^^
