My Question or Issue

A little while ago someone uploaded a song on my Spotify Artist account "Dawnfall". the song is called "Fragmentados" and is some kind of heavy metal song. I googled how to get the song mix up removed and Spotify told me to send them an email so that they could fix it. now i send multiple emails (also to my "label" amuse) but it still isnt fixed after this long. The 6th of july i am dropping my first album and i dont want people to think "What is this?!" when they see the song Fragmentados.

could you please remove/replace the song "Fragmentados" on the account "Dawnfall". i tried contacting the makers of that song too but i coulnd reach them.

Here's a section from the Spotify for Artists FAQ on this topic:

"You have two options for addressing these errors—either reach out to your distributor or label and follow their instructions, or contact the Spotify for Artists support team and let us know that there’s music on the wrong artist profile. We’ll follow up quickly to get the details we need to correct the error."
