As in the title - Spotify has decided not to work on my Onkyo. I sign in, I can see the playlists but get the message that the play list is empty.
I suggest you contact support to see if they can help
If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
Given it a go. But if they are like the Spotify customer service on Twitter, I've just wasted more time in my life.
