Spotify web player song breaks after 9 seconds

My Question or Issue

Hi!! Whenever I'm playing music on my chromebook, the song freezes at 0:09 seconds and then resumes by itself from where it left off about 7 seconds later. It's really annoying, and I really want it fixed!! I have tried clearing my cache and many other things. Please help!!
