Spotify will not reload past the first time in Win10

I seem to have a bug.  Spotify was working fine, but now it will not boot up.  If I remove the program, the desktop shortcut remains.  I remove that manually.  Then I download and install it anew, and it will work just one time.  If I close the program, it will not reopen, but I get a message that says that Spotify is not responding.

It's a known issue and it's fixed in next 1.0.27 version, that should be out for everyone very soon.

Meanwhile, you can fix the issue by installing this patched version here.
