Spotify won't let me use premium version

I've had Spotify premium for just under 2 years, but for the past 2 months it has drawn money from my account and won't let me use the premium options like offline listening. I tried cancelling the membership and readding it, and I've tried logging out on all devices and logging back in, I've even tried deleting the app and redownloading but nothing has worked. Can anyone help?
