Spotify wrapped not loading anything before the current year

My Question or Issue

Hi, I've been using spotify for years now and i saw a few posts on facebook of peoples' spotify wrapped including graphs of other years compared to 2019. And also the "decade wrapped" feature: I would have thought that, having had spotify for probably around 5 years, I'd be able to see mine as well. 

-also, as a bit of side info, my premium has been cancelled a couple of times due to mistakes made by spotify. this has immidiately been rectified by re-activating the subscription on the same day.

Hi, sorry was busy yesterday. 

so when i access it it's as though I had only had spotify for the past year. 

It just shows me all of the info on 2019 and nothing else.

Can you please specify what you were expecting to see but are not seeing? Screenshots of what you think is missing could be helpful too.

Also, can you tell me how many slides you are seeing when you open the Wrapped 2019 site? You should be able to see this in the bottom-left-hand corner of the window. A screenshot of this could also be helpful.
