#SpotifyFansFirst offer code doesn't work

My Question or Issue

I get emails with offer codes for #SpotifyFansFirst. The latest one is for Charley Crockett (offer code: COWBOY) and is supposed to allow presales to his concerts for just a 2 hour window right now. The link goes to the right place in Ticketmaster, but the offer code doesn't work. Same thing happened with the offer code for The Black Keys a couple moths ago. Ticketmaster doesn't recognize it, so the whole exercise just wastes time.
