Starbucks Premium not Working

Hi, i'm a starbucks partner and I have had a premium account for two years. My account randomly switched to the free version and my partern numbers will not work when I try to reactivate. Can someone please help me figure this out?

Seeing that Starbucks is managing your subscription, you'll need to get in touch with them. They should be able to see what's up and how to fix it.
