Starred playlist disappeared in Desktop but playlist still available on my Windows Phone App

Hi, 

As an old Spotify user I used to "star" the song I loved. 

I still use the playlist (Starred) to put all new song in it when I am on my phone, and its the playlist that is available offline on my phone. 

Though, I don't see it anymore in my Desktop or Web player...is it normal ? 
How can I transfer all the song to another playlist ?!

That is quite odd, usually if I started my Spotify, I had no problems like that, except a few times, and I either waited it out or I restarted Spotify again to see if it would load up my starred playlist. Are you using Windows 10? It could be an issue that is tied with that.
