Still waiting for commercial to finish after 1/2 hour

Proflower commercial stuck and message says music will continue after commercial ends............but it does not end.

Also, why are commercials SO LOUD? NOISE BLASTS FROM SPEAKERS,.

Could you please give us more information ( operating system, desktop/webplayer, when does it occur, details to the advertisement ) so we can hopefully help you out! 😉

O/S is Windows 7 64-bit. Player "system" is laptop/Airport Express/Airfoil/SoundPimp (last one simply delivers vast improvemengt in sound) feeding, via RCA audio cable to a Bang & Olufsen vintage receiver. B&O stereo output is to 2 AR "bookshelf" (BIG SHELF) with 13" sub-woofer.

Stuck commercial has not happened again, but still cursed with radical increase in volume of commercials. Suggestion: Use info found of listener's pattern to send more appropriate commercials to listener.
