My Question or Issue

Hi, is it true that when you’re streaming a song it only counts 12 times a day? I was just wondering bc someone told me that, but that wouldn’t be good for artists if every stream doesn’t count, so if I listen to a song like 15 times in one day, will you only count 12 or all 15?
