Support for Samsung gear fit2 (Israel)?

Hi, I have recently purchased a Samsung gear fit2 pro Smart Watch, with the promise that it enables Spotify. However, the Spotify app isn't available for installation  in my Samsung "Smart Gear" app store. Any idea why?

* I am a premium Spotify user.

* I am located in Israel (for which Spotify has been launched several months ago).
