My Question or Issue

For some time, I try to "populate" my playlist. For that, I'm listening other playlists to see what music I love. But, an extremely frustrating problem, Spotify player between devices, does not keep the music playing (unless you leave it on, but I wont let a device on just for that). Every single time I launch spotify on each device, it picks up where it was. It's really frustrating and anti-practical! Other problem, when I like music, on W10 or Linux (not on android ?!), I have to remove the cache to force an update of liked music... 

Am I the only one with the problem? (probably not)

Does Spotify plan to do something? I'm not doing anything special. If that's part of a feature, _maybe some people like to have playing by device_, but as you can't listen to music on two different players, it frustrates me.
