Tengo problemas al querer reproducie un podcast con mis datos moviles

Tengo problemas al querer reproducie un podcast con mis datos moviles

Spotify funciona todo normal pero a la hora de querer reproducir cualquier podcast este se pausa y dice "Contenido no disponible", en cuanto se conecta a una red WIFI se quita el problema.

Ya revise y mi operador está todo bien, las demas canciones ningún problema es específico con Podcast

This indeed sounds odd and we'll do our best to help you out.

 

First off, we'd recommend that you ask a friend or a family member to log in on your device and try to play any podcast to see if they'll get the same error.

 

It is also a good idea to clear cached files on your device by following these steps.

 

Lastly, it's important to make sure that your Spotify App has access to your local network. You can check this under app's settings.

No puedo reproducir ciertos podcast, solo se queda cargando, y no los reproduce solo reproduce los que tienen vídeo.

Con la música no tengo problema.

That's a weird behavior. To start investigating this, would you mind confirming if you've already performed a clean reinstall of the app? If not, we'd recommend following the steps mentioned in this article

 

If the issue persists, we'd recommend turning off the Data Saver by following these steps:

 

  1. Tap your profile picture at the top.
  2. Tap Settings and privacy.
  3. Tap Data-saving and offline.
  4. Switch Data saver from On or Automatic to Off.

Lastly, since this could be related to the bandwidth or speed of your mobile data, we'd also recommend changing the Cellular streaming quality to Automatic or Low to see if it makes any difference. You can find this option by tapping your Profile picture > Settings and privacy > Media quality.

Buen dia, yo tengo ese mismo problema, de  no reproduce podcasts, yo hice todo, reiniciar, desistalar e instalar la aplicacion, actualizar el celular y sigue sin funcionar, mi equipo es Samsung y el de mi pareja es igual Samsung y tiene el mismo problema de no reproduce podcasts pero si la música, y con el celular de un hermano que es Apple funciona sin problemas reproduce los podcasts.

We appreciate the troubleshooting you've done so far. To continue with the investigation, would you mind confirming if you've changed the Data saver and Cellular streaming quality options mentioned in the previous response?

 

It's also worth checking if the app has the necessary permissions and no restrictions on your phone settings. The location of these settings may vary between devices, but it's usually located in Settings > apps > Spotify

 

Lastly, would you mind confirming if this behavior happens with all the podcasts you've tried or just with a specific one?

Buen dia, siguendo las recomendaciones que dijiste, el problema persiste, los podcasts que uso y cualquier episodio nuevo o viejo que trato de reproducir sigue sin escucharse, 

Leyendas legendarias 

La cotorrisa 

Relatos de la noche, 

 

Otros podcasts, si los llega a reproducir, vi que entre relatos de la noche y leyendas legendarias son algo de sonoro y buscando otro podcasts igual que comparte algo con sonoro descubrí que tiene el mismo problema que no los reproduce.

Thank you for keeping in contact and for the info shared.

 

We've tested the podcast you mentioned, but it seems to be playing properly on our end. So it would be great if you could have someone log in with their account on your device - such as a friend or relative, to see if the issue persists. 

 

If possible, we'd also recommend checking on a device different from your Samsung (using your own account) to see if it makes any difference? This will help us understand if it could be device-related or not.

 

Lastly, include in your next response the model, and OS version of your Samsung device, along with the Spotify version you're currently running to continue investigating the case.

¿Pudiste solucionarlo? Tengo exactamente el mismo problema

Actualización, hice lo que me indicaron, usamos mi cuenta en otro dispositivos y funciono sin problema, en mi dispositivo use la cuenta de otra persona y el problema seguia no reproduce los podcasts relacionados a sonoro,  

 

Version de mi Spotify 9.0.86.1358

Mi teléfono es

Samsung a53 5g

Modelo SM-536E, 

Android 15,

Version de ONE UI :7.0

Que tal, tengo el mismo problema qie Eduardo específicamente en algunos podcast, la cotorrisa, leyendas legendarias, por me clonar algunos.

Mi equipo es un samnsung galaxy 23 Ultra

Hola buen día, igual, mismo problema con los últimos dos episodios de relatos la de la noche y los últimos tres de leyendas legendarias.

Hi folks,

 

Could you let us know which mobile carrier you're using? Something you can try is disabling IPv6 for your network/device. If you're using mobile data, you can do this by changing the APN Protocol:

  1. Search for Access Point Names in your phone's settings (the option is usually found in Network & Internet > Mobile network, but its location may vary depending on your manufacturer).
  2. Select your current access point and set the APN Protocol to either just IPv4 or IPv4/IPv6.

It's worth testing with another APN as well, if available. In case you have a VPN active, I'd suggest disabling it temporarily to see if that helps.

 

Should the issue persist, please share the following:

  • a link to the affected episode(s);
  • a short screen recording which captures the exact behavior in action - just make sure no sensitive info (your username, email, etc.) is shown.

Espero les funcione tenía el mismo problema en samsung y solo desactive un dns privado que tenia y listo comenso a funcionar sin problemas

Tenia el mismo problema, desactive el DNS y se soluciono el problema 

justo me paso eso, fue el dns privado, lo desactive y funciono.
