Itunes have the exclusive digital rights to The Beatles back catalog, i think the only way you can stream Beatles songs is on some streaming radio services, I know you can on rhapsody and pandora but not any in UK

Well just out of curiosity I looked for covers of Get Back and well...found a very good one from Tina Turner:

I agree with the moderator. It's not Spotify's fault that those songs aren't up. The artists and parties who own the rights to the music are the ones dragging my feet. If I'm not mistaken the Jacksons (Michael Jackson) family own the rights, so there you go

Plus even on iTunes those artists like led and pink Floyd moan about digital distribution and Floyd even makes you buy entire albums just to listen to a song. If anything it's the pretentious attitude of the rock royalty that makes it so hard to listen to the music we love. We all love houses of the holy and dark side, but seriously?

I think it's more down to itunes doing an exculsive deal which probably lasts for a certain amount of time, i bet other digtal stores like amazon would love to sell the Beatles mp3's as well

if youve seen then movie across the universe you can listen to the soundtracks from that movie just look up "across the universe" under albums and there you go 🙂
