The Song "Inna - Ruleta" is aviable on the Mac but invisible on iphone App... Why?

Hello,

so I wanted to hear the song "Ruleta" by INNA and I thought it wouldn't be aviable to hear on Spotify because I was searching for it on the iPhone and so my friend too and we both couldn't find it. So I started to search on my mac why its not aviable but on the Mac I found the song on spotify. Then I created a Playlist with the song and then I had to realise that the Playlist exist but the song isn't in there althougt there is a song listed... I want to open the song and it is still invisible. So what is the problem here? Thank you.
